At The Royal Tiger Villa, we want you to have a hassle-free experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted for room bookings.

Important: All refund requests must be submitted by email to theroyaltigervilla@gmail.com with your Booking ID and reason for cancellation.

1. Refund Schedule

Refunds are processed based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of medical emergencies or natural disasters, please contact us directly. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer a date change or partial credit at our discretion.

5. Payment Failures

If your payment fails or is deducted but booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days by Razorpay. Please contact us if you do not receive the refund within 10 business days.
