Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking at The Royal Tiger Villa.

How to Cancel a Booking

  1. Send an email to theroyaltigervilla@gmail.com with your Booking ID and reason for cancellation.
  2. Or call us at +91 95543 91313 during business hours (9 AM – 7 PM).
  3. Our team will acknowledge your cancellation request within 24 hours.
  4. If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Timeline and Charges

Modification of Booking

If you wish to change your check-in or check-out dates instead of cancelling, please contact us at least 3 days before arrival. Date modifications are subject to room availability and may involve a price difference. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Group Bookings

For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a separate cancellation policy applies. Cancellations for group bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund. Please contact us directly for group booking terms.

Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events beyond your control, please contact us. We may offer rescheduling options or partial credit depending on the situation.

No-Show Policy

If you do not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be given in such cases. If you are delayed, please inform us in advance so we can hold your room.
